Interior
Lavished with high gloss cherry wood paneling and elegant fabrics, this fine yacht’s interior is simply gorgeous. Air conditioned of course for your comfort, with reverse cycle heat for colder climates. The luxuriously appointed master stateroom is forward and features a centerline queen berth with ample storage beneath and storage shelves around it’s perimeter, generous hanging locker space, two opening SS portholes and an opening overhead deck hatch for ventilation, halogen lighting, 2 reading lights above the headboard, and is appointed in subtle and classy earthtone fabrics and trimmed in elegant high gloss cherry woodwork accents and cabin door. The aft gust stateroom features a gloss cherry wood entry door, in the same fashion as the master, and is accessed aft of the galley area and is completely separate from the main cabin. This is a rare find versus boats simply cordoning off a part of the cabin with curtains, making this a legitimate two stateroom vessel. There is a huge hanging locker, storage compartments galore, a dressing settee, twin beds, headboard reading lights, and of course it is also finished in gloss cherry woods. The head compartment is roomy and is highlighted by its free standing designer sink and faucet with hot/cold pressure water, a fresh water flush VacuFlush marine toilet, a comfortable shower, a mirrored vanity, Corian countertop, as well as more than ample storage. The all cherry galley also features Corian countertops, a microwave oven, countertop sunken electric stove, excellent cabinet space, opening SS porthole above the counter, a below counter 110V/12V refrigerator with freezer, and the salon flat screen TV mounted for easy viewing from the dinette settee which features a wrap-around seating arrangement and a high gloss cherry table (converts to double berth if needed, and also has storage below the cushinos). The immaculate beige textured carpets are protected by removable custom made Sunbrella canvas carpet runners snapped into place. The entry steps are well designed and easy to navigate thanks to their rounded shape, even spacing, and above average footing due to the teak overlay.

Exterior
This vessel features the optional but sought after dark blue hull gelcoat, and the entire exterior is in fantastic shape due to full time professional scheduled maintenance including weekly washings, bi-monthly bottom cleaning, buff & waxed every two-three months, and with every nook and cranny clean (without the usual build-up of dirt and debris in the hatch gutters like you see on most boats, well kept or not!). Starting aft is a large molded in FRP swim platform with fold down SS swim ladder, a roomy transom storage compartment for fenders and lines, a hot/cold cockpit shower, and a swing-in transom gate for easy boarding. Once in the teak laid cockpit to port is the exterior lounge settee/dinette combo with a natural finish teak hi-lo table, molded-in drink holders, and forward of this to port is the passenger settee. The Bimini top and a full enclosure provide escape from sun and rain and covers the entire exterior deck area. Opposite the dinette is the wet bar with sink, pressure water, an in-counter thermostatically controlled refrigerator/freezer, and an extra storage compartment. Forward to port is the curved lounge settee for added guest seating. Forward to starboard is the beautifully laid out helm station with electronic controls, full instrumentation, flush mounted electronics, lighted waterproof switches, and a Sunbrella cover to keep it like new. A cockpit cover, from the front of the windshield all the way to the transom, is also included and keeps the boat like new when not in use. On the foredeck you’ll find sturdy polished SS railings, a hide-away windlass with on deck anchor locker and foot controls (as well as a helm activated remote) and bow sunning cushions that appear to have never even been used. A radar arch mounted remote control dual beam electric spotlight is also included for added safety at night.

Electronics
The top of the line electronics package includes: Northstar 6000i GPS Chartplotter/Radar, Simrad autopilot, Simrad telephone style VHF marine radio, speed log, Simrad digital depth finder with shallow water alarm, and a 5” no-spin compass. AM/FM stereo system with Alpine CD changer, Alpine DVD player, speakers in/out, and a helm stereo remote for added convenience.
Mechanical
Powered by dependable and very economical 310HP Volvo diesels with only 225 pampered hours. Economical and fast, this package cannot be beat for its speed versus consumption compared to its contemporaries. The virtually silent Fisher Panda generator with soundshield only has 175 hours use and will handle all your 110V AC needs while underway or at anchor. Racor fuel/water separator filters for both main engines and generator. Other mechanical and accessory features include electronic engine synchronizer, electronic engine/transmission controls, 110V 30A shorepower service with 50’ cord, constavolt battery charger/converter, trim tabs, a bow thruster, hot water heater, windshield wipers, hydraulic helm steering, automatic fire suppression system, acoustical and thermal engine room insulation, bilge pumps with auto float switches, shower sump pump, holding tank with pump-out and macerator discharge, engine room blowers, and gelcoated bilges for easy cleanup. This engine room is simply immaculate.
